Award Winning Vineyard with 13 Acres of Sustainably Grown Premium Wine Grapes from Southern Monterey County
The first vineyard was planted on its own roots in 1999 with a 10' by 10' spacing and is head pruned. We started with four acres of Heirloom Zinfandel from cutting dating back to the mid-1890's. Our sunshine, climate and soil has proven to be ideal for premium wine grapes which produce full bodied wines filled with wild strawberry, raspberry and just a hint of mint on the palate. We practice sustainable grape growing with an emphasis on natural/environmental protection of our soil, air and water. We believe this contributes to bold and rich flavor in our grapes.
